My interest in art stared at school, I enjoyed Art & Crafts and did well in my exams and then stayed on in the 6th form hopefully to gain an A level, but sadly studying art history wasn’t for me. I then got a job which turned into a career, and took 40 years off from art.
Until I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2014 and then Crohn's disease in 2017and took early retirement in 2019.
I started writing songs and wanted to find a public platform to put them on. That is when I discovered Parkinson’s art. And soon after my music was put on the site in the sounds section.
I signed up for a poetry writing course which was great, And has lit a fire under my creative side,
I now keep myself busy with poetry, music, drawing and painting.
I hope that people enjoy my work as much as I do creating it.
Some songs & poetry showing how colaberation can work.
