The Yin and Yang of Parkinson's

Upon looking at my Facebook profile today,

I realised that old friends have faded away.

Replaced with new faces of my Parkinson’s crew,

with posts, quips, and videos of the old and the new.

A tight family of friends’ midst the hullabaloo,

who look out for each other and help us get through.

Some dwell on what Parkinsons has taken away,

while others praise Parkinsons for where they are today.

Either way it’s the Yin and the Yang.

but we’re all in it together and together we’ll stand!
