Ready, Steady, Go

I just recently spent a week in the stroke unit of our local hospital. luckily, I didn’t have a stroke as many other fellow patients who were so shocked by the event. Most of them were 100% determined to change their life for good. I hope they manage to do so.

The truth is you could have died you are very lucky you have had an angel by your side you sit and listen you know and understand but what it really means you cannot feel you can only know that if you have died there would’ve been still so much on your list so many things you wanted to do words you wanted to write and say love you, wanted to share, so when you think of that angel and that it gave you no warning you begin to understand no more lists needed but a life to live with no regrets each and every moment so you better start now ready steady go!
