You think you can write a poem
You profess to write a song
You're programmed to do it all
But it somehow just sounds wrong
It doesn't have a soul
It doesn't have a heart
There's something else that's missing
I can tell it from the start
Machines can do a lot of things
Of that I must agree
But emotion just forget it
You cannot copy me
Life needs to be lived
With all it's ups and downs
Not made up of algorithms
Pointless verbs and pointless nouns
You really are no competition
So I can now relax
You lack a spirit my sad machine
You really are no match
I like this. It is a solid poem, the words flow with ease with good rhyme on a contemporary theme.
Keith tell it like it is fella!
